COACHING
Embodied Soul Coaching is a heart-centered approach that aligns the higher self and the somatic experience of the body to unlock the innate wisdom of each individual. The aim of this approach to coaching is to empower, connect, and ignite personal power that is centered on transforming limitations, energetic blocks, and fear in all areas of life. The new connection pathways that open up connecting the higher self, body, and heart as a result of coaching will provide each individual the freedom to co-create a new embodied reality.
